Frankfurter
& Sweet corn Pizza

Ingredients:
30 cm pizza base (see 1st recipe)
1 tbsp garlic oil
200 g Dolly's pizza sauce
50 g grated mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
175 g Frankfurter sausages
175 g drained canned sweet corn kernels
2 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Method
of preparation:
1 - Preheat the oven to 125 ºC. Brush the pizza base with garlic
oil and spread over Dolly's pizza sauce.
2 - Cut the Frankfurter sausages into chunks and scatter them over the
pizza base. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix together the mozzarella
and Parmesan cheeses in a mixing bowl.
3 - Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the sweet corn and flat-leaf
parsley over the top, followed by the mozzarella mixture. Return the pizza
to the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes or until the crust is crisp and
golden.
