Pizza Margherita

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
30 cm pizza base (see 1st recipe)
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g Dolly's pizza sauce
150 g mozzarella cheese
2 ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
8 fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Ground black pepper

Method of preparation:
1 - Preheat the oven to 125 ºC. Brush the pizza base with 1 tbsp oil. Spread Dolly's pizza sauce over the base.
2 - Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Then arrange the fresh tomato and mozzarella slices alternately in concentric circles on top of the pizza base.
3 - Tear the basil leaves roughly and sprinkle them over the pizza, then sprinkle with the Parmesan. Drizzle over the remaining olive oil and season with black pepper.
4 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the crust is crisp and golden.
