Potato, Rosemary & Garlic Pizza

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
30 cm pizza base (see 1st recipe)
100 g potatoes part cooked for 5 minutes. Drained
3 tablespoons Olive oil
200 g Dolly's pizza sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed
Red onions peeled and chopped
175 g Smoked Mozzarella cheese grated
1 teaspoon Rosemary chopped
Salt & Pepper
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Method of preparation:
1 - Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.
2 - Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices with the garlic for 5 minutes. Cool
3 - Roll out the dough on 10 inches pizzas. Place on a greased pizza tray.
4 - Spread over the Dolly's pizza sauce.
5 - Add the onions and the potatoes.
6 - Sprinkle over the mozzarella and rosemary.
7 - Season well and bake at 200 ºC for 10 to 15 minutes.
8 - Serve immediately.
