Basic Pizza Dough

Serves: 2

Ingredients:
White Flour 175 g
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Instant yeast 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Warm water 2/3 cup

Method of preparation:
1- Mix all ingredients gradually and knead the mixture until it is smooth.
2- Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rest for 1 hour
3- Punch down the dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface.
4- Now the dough is ready for using.

Suggestion:
Spread Dolly's pizza sauce over crust as needed, top with cheese & desired toppings.
Bake at 250 ºC for 25 minutes or until crust is golden.
